About Us

The Advancement Center was founded in 2006 by Kristen Arneberg, whose goal is to build a large and thriving center where people from all walks come to find their own version of success.

Kristen Arneberg JD, EFT-ADV

Kristen Arneberg left the legal profession in search of more successful ways to help people overcome their problems. In her quest, she studied both traditional and alternative therapies before discovering EFT. Now a Certified Energy Coach with an Advanced Certificate in EFT, she is a member of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology and Coachville, USA, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Energy Coaching Institute.

In addition to her J.D. (Hastings College of the Law), she is also a certified mediator and a certified yoga instructor. She is eager to bring the most effective and efficient healing techniques to individuals and organizations in Alameda and the Bay Area. Her dream is to bring these highly effective energy therapies into the International Humanitarian arena.

Author of the forthcoming book, How to Launch the Life You Were Meant to Live, Kristen enjoys working with those who are actively involved in their own healing. She has a uniquely intuitive and compassionate style, and is particularly good at helping her clients clear traumatic events in their lives.

Her clients find working with Kristen to feel safe, fun, engaging, and transformative.

Kristen Arneberg is not a licensed therapist or medical doctor. She holds an EFT-ADV, J.D. and is a certified energy coach and mediator. EFT is not meant as a substitute for your doctor’s recommendations. Rather, you are encouraged to use EFT with the guidance of a qualified health professional.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?" — Marianne Williamson
